Creating a PLN comes with using different material, resources and information. This is because in order to maintain a PLN one has to stay connected. Since various documents are produced during the process of establishing a PLN, it is important that you store all you work somewhere safe and accessible for when you need it. I use different tools to store information, lesson plans, notes and reports that i need to complete for my teaching pratice.
1. Google docs and google drive
Google docs allows me to share and store documents in the application's internal storage, formally known as google drive. Google drive stores all documents that have been saved on ones device. These files can be stored to google drive when shared or created through google docs. Other files can be exported to google drive from Microsoft word , as long as they are all connected and linked to a google email account (Gmail).
2. Icloud storage
iCloud storage is a built in storage system for apple products users and other supported andriod devices. ICloud storage allows you to store pictures, contacts,notes and files. It can be accessed anywhere, even when you lose your device.
